We have a VERY nice home in Nuneaton (Stockingford, CV10 ) in a friendly area.

Downstairs the home has a large living room, leading to a decent sized kitchen diner (with fridge you can share) and a mini conservatory which overlooks the back garden. The kitchen also leads to a downstairs bathroom, and utility room with washer machine and dryer plus freezer.

Outside, we have a welcoming and peaceful garden, supplemented with an outside patio and patio heaters.

Upstairs, we have three bedrooms, ours, a small guest room and another double room and this is the room which is for rent. There is a TV and fridge in the room. The Satellite TV has its own remote control so you can select the programs that you want to watch although you are welcome to use the living room as well. There is space to work in the room if you need to, and plenty of storage, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and wall length wardrobe. We also provide bed linen, quilt. And towels etc.
We also have a lovely bathroom upstairs with bath and shower.

We both have a sense of humour, enjoy travelling, history, sport cooking and gardening and more. We prefer our lodger/home sharer to be professional or someone studying to be one, most important is decent English for easy communication. Any age is welcome. Whilst respecting privacy we are equally open to sharing meals and social time if this is wanted. For businesspeople or someone who is not keen on cooking, we can offer dinner for a small fee, equally you are welcome to cook of course.

** This is only suitable for couples on a short-term basis, maybe someone who has a signed a house sale contract waiting to move into the house or if they just wanting a short-term rent of two or three 3 months. HOWEVER, for couples the price would be £620.

Coventry is 20 minutes, Leicester 30 minutes, Hinckley 20 minutes, Atherstone 15 minutes. There is a bus stop 200 metres down the road. Within ten minutes’ walk, several shops, pubs, restaurants, take-aways, GOP Surgery, George Eliot hospital and church.

1. Advise of the council tax Band, which is Band C.
2. Have proof of the lodgers right to reside in UK'.
