Hello!
My housemate and I are looking for a third person to move in to our three bedroom house located on Clopton Road in Stratford-Upon-Avon, a 10 minute walk into the town centre. It's a large terraced house on the end of a terrace (with no noisy neighbours!), with on street parking available and a 30 second walk to a convenience store. The room available is located upstairs at the front of the house, and you will share a large family bathroom with freestanding bath and separate shower with one other housemate, as the third room is an en-suite. The bedroom isn't furnished, but a double bed/mattress and clothes rail is available should you want to purchase it from the current tenant for £80. There will also be access to a fourth smaller bedroom which we currently use for anything and everything - if a guest is staying it can accommodate an airbed, otherwise it's used for laundry, storage, etc. Downstairs is fully furnished - there is a large living/dining room with a sofas, TV, and table and chairs, as well as a large kitchen in which we share the space between us. We have a washing machine and tumble drier.

We are both young professionals, and love nights in watching films, eating takeaways and chatting as much as meals out, theatre trips, cinema trips, etc. Our home is really homely - think candles, house plants and lots of rugs. We love gin and cake, reading, cooking and chilling out! The house is located only a mile or so away from the Welcolme Hills and the Stratford Obilisk, so for anyone who appreciates the outdoors this area is great for picturesque walks! We both like our own space as much as we love each other's company, so a great potential housemate would be the same! We're really respectful in terms of noise, share chores and tend to prepare individual meals. The house has a large garden and patio area, too. The rent for the room is £425 per month and bills and council tax come to approximately £140 per month.
