This beautiful and newly refurbished accommodation is available for both long-term and short-term rentals. Located in a self-contained annex of the owners’ lovely home, it is situated in an exclusive part of Stratford Upon Avon, offering easy access to all major routes and only a 10-minute walk from the town centre.

The spacious, carefully designed accommodation covers approximately 70m² (753 sq. ft) and includes a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living area. The rooms are light and airy, overlooking the terrace and beautiful garden. The space is calm, quiet, fully furnished, centrally heated, and includes private off-road parking for one car.

The fully fitted kitchen features top-of-the-range appliances, including an oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle, as well as sets of pans, cutlery, knives, crockery, and cooking utensils. The bedroom offers a very comfortable double bed, large wardrobe, bedside tables, and ample storage space.

Your private bathroom includes a power shower, a generous shower cubicle, basin, toilet, and heated towel rail. The living area is equipped with a sofa, TV, and a coffee/dining table with one chair. Additional storage is available in a pantry/cupboard. The space also has its own internet line and Wi-Fi service.

For stays of one month or longer, the price is £1,060 per month, which includes cleaning fortnightly.

The accommodation is available weekly for £400 and bed linen and towels are provided for week stay. Deposit is £400.
