I own a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom garden flat a 15 minute walk from Stratford Upon Avon centre.

My current tenant is moving out 21st Jan 2022.
The flat will be cleaned before moving in.

The main bedroom is occupied by a mid twenties male who is very friendly and quiet. He works full time at the office.

The flat is fully furnished with double divan bed, 2 door wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 x bedside cabinets. There are also black out curtains and a blind at the window.

Your private bathroom is large complete with storage and a bath (shown in photos).

The lounge/diner/kitchen has double doors leading to a small quite garden in the cul de sac.
The garden is communal but the neighbours never use it.

Parking is free. Trinity Mead is very peaceful and there is always somewhere to park.

I am looking for a clean, respectful professional. This flat is a peaceful and calm place to live. All tenants who have lived there have loved it.

I live in Dorset so my parents will be on hand to help with anything you need, but equally you will be left alone if you wish to just enjoy.
