This is a relaxing home, prefect for two people. The tenant in room #2 has his own large bathroom and storage.
He has a 3 year old Labrador called Teddie there who is extremely quiet and well behaved. No problems at all.

I am looking for someone nice, sociable, Clean, respectful, not a party animal. Someone who wants a comfortable home to relax in after a day at work, perhaps with a glass of vino.
