Your Room
Your room is large, light and airy with an en-suite shower room. It has a double bed with a memory foam mattress, wardrobe, bedside drawers and other storage to accommodate your needs. It has a picture shelf for your special photos and a notice board for your personal memo. The room has a desk and chair to accommodate wfh, with Virgin Business Broadband.

We have a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect space to prepare your favourite meals after a hard day at work, with appliances and utensils waiting to be used. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with chairs for socialising with your new housemates and a smart TV to catch up as you eat.

Living Area
The living area, off the kitchen, has two three seater sofas, a relaxing chair, coffee tables and 4K smart TV for Netflix, and film nights.

Utility Room
A separate utility room contains a large washing machine and tumble dryer for your use, small charge may apply.

Outdoor Living
Access to a large driveway at the front of the property for off-street parking - 4 cars. At the rear there is a large patio area, large lawn area, tables, and chairs, to relax and watch the sun go down. There is also a shed for bike storage.

Ideally located within a 5-minute walk to Morrisons and the train station for great connections, 15-minute walk to the Maybird Shopping Centre. A 10-minute walk to the local high street favourite shops and eateries, the leisure centre, theatre, cinema, bars, restaurants, and bus connections. Warwick and Leamington are also within an easy 20 to 30 minutes commute.
