A King sized bedroom in a spacious two bed townhouse in the centre of Stratford-upon Avon. The house is a 2-minute walk into the centre of town. The house will be shared with a young professional male. The landlord lives locally.

Upstairs -
Bedroom:
The bedroom itself is large with a high-pitched ceiling and skylights making it light and airy. It is on the non-road side of the house, meaning it is quiet and overlooks the garden. It has a king-sized bed, new high spec mattress, 2 bedside tables - 1 being a large dresser, separate wardrobe, large mirror and a wall mount for a TV.

Office space:
For those who need, there is a separate room currently in use as an office, perfect for those who work from home. It also has an extra in-build wardrobe space.

Bathroom:
There is a recently renovated bathroom, with underfloor heating, heated towel rail and LED anti-steam mirror. It has a bath with shower head, as well as a large separate shower, sink and toilet.

Downstairs -
Kitchen:
The decently sized kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools, plenty of surface and cupboard space, integrated fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The oven is a range cooker with 5 gas hob rings and 2 electric ovens as well as a grill. The Kitchen is fully stocked with the usual utentsils and pans etc. It has a lovely outlook onto the garden.

There is a separate dining area with dining table big enough to seat 6.

On-street parking outside the house - permit needed but only £25 per annum. Visitors pass also available.
