The flat is in easy walking distance to the town and all its amenities.

The hall also then leads to the fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, washer -dryer, oven, hob and microwave. It also has a table and four chairs. Upstairs is a large bedroom (including some loft stowage space) with window over a garden.

At the back is a small garden courtyard.

The whole annexe is very warm and cosy with its own heating controls, and would suit young professional people.

The stated price doesn't include utility bills which would be negotiable according to the use of the flat, but would be expected to be in the region of £75-100 per month. There is also council tax to be paid.

Vehicle parking is not ideal but negotiable.
