..... Hi I’m Sally, a live-in Landlord with 1 double room to rent NOW ... (others already occupied, including by myself) Ladies preferred, LGBTQ+ and veggies welcome.

All rooms are light with windows on either side and spacious. The furniture in pictures may differ as it tends to move depending on requirements.. ( this room actually has new bed and mattress since pics)..

The house has open, spacious and casual, easy living mutual areas with shared open-plan kitchen / lounge downstairs plus guest wc and outside covered verandah and garden. (Smoking allowed outside).

Parking along pavement outside is never a problem and Town is a 20 minute walk away. A bus also runs through regularly and into town. (Usually up to Stratford College, Morrison’s and Timothy’s Bridge Road too).

The Co-op is our local shop plus Waitrose and Tesco Express all within easy walking distance.

Included in price are all bills, gardening, kitchen and bathroom cleaning products. Bedding and towels are provided. Kitchen condiments for sharing.

Washing machine, stove, air fryer, microwave are all available plus tv downstairs and broadband throughout. Second floor includes drying and hanging rails plus ironing board (permanently up :)... for laundry.
