Mon-Fri room in cosy house, fantastic location

I have a room coming up for rent shortly. I'm a live in landlord, looking for a sociable, tidy housemate who will treat the house like their home.

The room is on the cosy side (i. e. small!) but contains a double bed and wardrobe, and the house is furnished to a high standard. You'd be welcome to make us of all facilities (i. e. kitchenware, Netflix, washing machine, dryer). I have a huge garden which is kept tidy but I don't do much with, so there's scope for you to use the shed or grow own veg etc. if you so wish.

The house is located opposite Tescos, and within 30 seconds of Costa and the Maybird Centre. Aldi is just up the road, and it's a ten minute walk to the train station or to town.
