The house is very close to historical Warwick Town centre and all it has to offer, with many pubs, restaurants and cafés, small independent shops, Warwick Castle, Saturday market, beautiful parks, train station, for B'ham, London and L/Spa and beyond. It is also a very short walking distance to Warwick hospital. The M40 and A46 are both within a mile and half a mile respectively, with Warwick University less than a 15 miute drive away. The house has a well equipped kitchen/diner. There is a spacious living room, bathroom, separate downstairs loo, broadband, washing machine, dishwasher, and garden which isn't overlooked. The rent includes all bills. Shared areas cleaned by myself.
