We have a Mon - Friday let available for our self contained studio annexe, available around Aug 7th 2021. There is the possibility of use some weekends, but we also use it occasionally for family to visit us.
This is a newly converted, self contained annexe attached to our home. It has a compact bedroom and living room, a wet room and a small, but well equipped kitchen.
There is a wardrobe separating the bedroom and living areas, providing storage. There is a double bed, bedside drawers, a cream leather sofa and a desk & chair.
The Kitchen has 2 electric hob rings, a combination Microwave, Grill and Oven, Fridge/freezer, Washer/dryer and china and cookware.
The wet room has a soap and shampoo dispenser and underfloor heating.
Linens - Bedding, towels and tea towels can be provided.. There is a table and chair outside.

We are in Warwick Gates, 1.5 mile away from Warwick and Leamington. The buses 15, 77 and U1 are walking distance. Cycling into either takes 10 minutes There is a parade of shops nearby with Co-op, Chinese takeaway and Fish and Chip shop. The Shires retail park is about a quarter of a mile away.
There is off street parking - it's a quiet road and parking is no problem.
We are a 'young' retired couple interested in travelling, walking, food and drink. We are experienced 'landlords' and have always had really good relationships with our tenants, many of whom have become good friends. Additional rooms in the main house are available for occasional friends or relatives to stay.
