Double bedroom available in sociable house

We have one double bedroom available in our house which has fantastic links to Birmingham, Coventry, Gaydon and is very close to the M40. The downstairs consists of a toilet, under-stairs cupboard and open plan lounge/kitchen/dinning room. Upstairs are the 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower/bath. The room available is road facing and comes with bed, drawers and bedside table.

Currently living there is me and my partner who share the 3rd bedroom. There is also a 3rd housemate renting one of the rooms. We also have a dog who is very friendly and we are happy if you have a pet of your own you want to bring. We are looking for a sociable 4th housemate.

From the house the train station is a 6 min drive
In the estate there is a coop, pharmacy, fish and chip shop and dentists with the nearest big shop being a 5 minute drive
