Single room in quiet household

I have a single room available in my townhouse within walking distance to Warwick town centre and easy transport links; just 5 minutes from M40

I am at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and there is driveway parking available

Price includes all bills, including high speed internet.

The room is furnished with a single bed and new mattress, a desk, office chair and chest of drawers. A clothes rail can also be provided or any of these can be taken out

You’ll have a mostly private bathroom next door to the room as I have my own bathroom.
The living room and kitchen area, as well as the garden are free to use and will be shared with myself

I work from home most days in my dedicated office space and generally the house is very quiet. I am out quite a bit and often spend a couple of weeknights away. Wednesday evenings I host dinner and board games for some close friends

I have 3 (very loving!) cats, I enjoy walking, going to the gym, playing squash playing board games, cooking and travelling

I am looking for someone calm and respectful to share my home.

I would also consider full-time as well as Monday-Friday
