The house is tidy and cosy with modern furnishings and has a large double room available. The house is within easy walking distance to shops, pubs and restaurants all nearby. There is off street parking and the property is on bus routes to both Leamington and Warwick town centres. (it is around 1 mile to both town centres). We have recently upgraded to high speed business broadband so it’s fast and reliable for people working from home.
Kitchen appliances include a large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble drier and microwave. A large smart TV is provided in the communal lounge. Each bedroom has been decorated in neutral tones with modern furniture. The house has 2 communal bathrooms.
