This spacious double room is ideal for a professional or a student. It is complete with a desk, comfortable chair, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Bed linen is provided. The room is available to single persons ONLY at this time.
Parking space available, internet, washing machine . All bills included. House is close to M40, JLR ,Gaydon, local shops , bus route, train station ( 25 minutes on foot- 7-10 minutes by bus), parks, cycling and walking routes A peaceful home on a quiet cul de sac. Room suits a quiet professional/ student who is clean,
reasonably tidy, independent, responsible, thoughtful and ,who, like myself, needs peace and quiet at the end of the working day. There is a shared bathroom, a living room, kitchen, a toilet downstairs and a small back garden.
I am relaxed and cheerful, clean and reasonably tidy and expect any guest to be respectful, clean, reasonably tidy and quiet.
I am working from home for part of the week.
This is a reading rich, well lived in home, whose decor reflects our global outlook and journeys. If you prefer a minimalist, hotel like decor, this home would not suit you.
