I will have a double room to rent in my top floor flat which you will share with one existing tenant. The double bedroom comes fully furnished with a wardrobe, three drawer chest, a bedside table and double bed with under bed storage.

The rest of the flat is shared with a large living room/dining room, modern kitchen with appliances (fridge, freezer and washing machine), bathroom with electric shower over the bath and separate toilet. There is also a storage room which is great for keeping bikes indoors for cyclists. There is plenty of unreserved off street parking available for drivers and garages are available to rent from the local council if required.

The flat comes with TV and 125mb speed broadband internet included. Outside there is lots of green space and the canal is very close for walks/cycles to Leamington or Hatton.

The flat is in the Woodloes Park which is a good location for Warwick and Leamington or M40/A46. The flat is conveniently located for Warwick Hospital, Telent and other local employers.

A young, clean and tidy professional would be an ideal candidate. I'm pretty easy going and looking for a tenant who is too.

You will be sharing with one friendly, respectful and hard working young male professional.

There are no agents (therefore no extra fees), you deal directly with myself (the live-out landlord) and I deal with queries and problems promptly.

The room is available to view and I'm happy to host virtual (video call) viewings too, so please feel free to text/call if you require any further information. You can also meet the existing tenant to see that you will be happy living with them.

Rent is paid monthly in advance with one months deposit and one months notice on either side. Deposits are held in the deposit protection scheme.
