Single room to let

My home is an end of terrace house and the room provided is a single bed (double if you wish) with hanging space, draws, desk and tv with DVD player. You will be free to use the other rooms in the house including two comfy sitting rooms (one with wood burner) and sociable sized kitchen. I am happy to rent to individuals on a Monday to Friday or for those on short term week contracts with the hospital or other companies, which ever suites those working away from home, (120wk).

I work hard so this is a home suited to those who want a place to chill out after a hard day and respect and need a quiet space. I love to cook, have a glass of wine and grow my own veg on my lottie, I also have chickens in my garden so you might be luck with a morning egg.

Locally there is a pub, canal and gym, Warwick hospital is a 10 min walk and warwick town is 20 min where you will find lots of lovely restaurants and public houses or wine bars. Local roads take you straight onto the motorway within a few mins and Warwick parkway train station is 5 mins by car.
