We are offering a 1 bedroom self contained flat, over 2 floors with its own parking space and wifi.

This flat has its own front door entrance leading into a fully furnished lounge containing a leather sofa, tv, tv stand and free view.

The lounge is an open plan lounge/kitchen. The kitchen comprises of a sink and drainer, washing machine, high and low base units and is furnished with all kitchen equipment such as cutlery, plates, pots and pans.

From the lounge/kitchen, a spiral stair case will lead you up to your bedroom which is fitted with a 3/4 size bed with mattress, a wardrobe, chest of draws and natural daylight.

A generous bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom, with a double shower space with power shower, a separate bath, toilet and sink. The bathroom is modern in decoration and also has natural daylight.

This self contained flat is available with a minimum of a 6 month stay. We would require a £500 deposit plus 1 month rent up front.

We are looking for a quiet professional single tenant as the flat is only suitable for 1 person. The flat is adjoined to our property and therefore we are not looking for a tenant who is loud and has lots of visitors.
