I am looking for a new housemate from September. The room is a cosy single with two large wardrobes for storage, a desk and a single bed. The house is a semi detached brick house on the edge of the quaint village of whichford. It has a decent sized living room with a piano, a small garden, a shared bathroom and a kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher etc. It was renovated only a year ago so it is very neat and modern. Parking can be arranged.
The village is quiet but has a great pub and our house is two minutes from a large wood.
I am an apprentice at the nearby whichford pottery, and I spend most of my free time messing around with clay at the pottery after hours. I am looking for someone who is fairly tidy, friendly and speaks English. Couples are welcome to apply, as I am currently in the larger double room which would be ideal for a couple wanting to swap for the single on arrangement. I am very open minded and tolerant of all comers as long as they are thoughtful and respectful to others.
Bills come to around £100 a month with council tax and electricity. I think we are in council tax band E. It comes to roughly £1800 annually between us.
