We have a very large character double room with window seats and a decorative fireplace. It is south-facing and sunny and overlooks fields. The room also has a living area, table and chairs, double gas lift storage bed, sofa, built-in storage cupboard with hanging rails and shelves, and the carpet is brand new. Furniture can be changed as required. The house is a large detached house in Willington, a lovely village located 1.5 miles outside of Shipston-on-Stour. There is a shared kitchen and utility room, a separate living room shared with a maximum of one other person, and a large bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle. There are currently four adults in the house and two bathrooms, so your bathroom will be shared with a maximum of two other adults at present, and only one other adult in the longer term. Therefore you can be pretty much on your own, or mix with others in the house as you prefer. There is a large garden and ample off-road parking. £625 per calendar month.
