room to rent in large quiet house in fforestfach, my longterm lodger has flown the nest after 2 and a half years! so I'm looking for a new lodger :) i am male, easy going and have a full time job and a little boy who stays for a night over the weekend. the room available is shown in the pictures well decorated with furniture. a cleaner comes in once a month to clean the general areas, shared use off the large kitchen and living/dining room, large bathroom downstairs with a showeroom/toilet upstairs, plenty off storage room in the converted attic for the lodger to use. i also have the internet/virgin tv, 10 mins by bus to city centre/university, if interested mail/text/call, cheers craig, :)only workers, possibly older students thanks all bills included in the price :) available feb 2018
