I work away most of the week, so I'm looking for a serious, clean and tidy professional to rent my guest double bedroom. My house is a 3 bed with 2 living rooms in a quiet cul-de-sac in a modern estate in Gorseinon.
The bedroom is on the first floor. The main bathroom is shared and includes shower over bath and toilet. The room is furnished with a chest of drawers and a wardrobe, both free for you to use.
All bills are included (energy, water, wifi) and I'm happy to share the kitchen and living room. Parking is available on the street.
Bedsheets and towels are not provided.
Rent is £110 per week for 5 days (from Monday to Friday).
I would consider 7 days per week for £130 for the right tenant.
Deposit is 4 weeks of rent.
Cleaning service by professional cleaner once a month for an additional £15.
Single occupancy only. No student, no smoker, no pet please.
