Up for rent is lush bedroom with your own bathroom, also theres a walk in wardrobe that is shared with me. House is situated in gowerton, lovely village which is in popular demand.

Looking for someone who is clean and respectful and doesn’t mind cooking in a gluten free kitchen. You’ll need your own toaster, and make sure everything is cleaned down thoroughly after use as I have ceoliac disease. Which means nothing can be contaminated with gluten or it will affect me.

There is plenty of parking, bus stop just round the corner and train station a 5-7 minute walk away.

I am a non drinker, i dont mind anyone drinking but I don’t want anyone that is going to be drinking a lot.

I am so easy going and always up for a laugh, im a carpenter by trade and run my own building company, just me and one other. I do like my own space at times, there are 2 tvs downstairs and I got one in my room so plenty of space to have some peace or downtime.

I have asked for females preferably as I’ve found males (no offence) aren’t as clean and respectful as females
