A rare and unique opportunity to rent a room in a house you’ll have almost entirely to yourself most of the time. Due to work, I’m away regularly and typically only home some weekends—so you’ll effectively be enjoying near-exclusive use of the property around 90% of the time.

I’m looking for a professional, clean, and trustworthy individual who will appreciate and take care of the space. This setup offers exceptional value compared to typical Swansea rental prices, especially considering the level of privacy and access.

Ideally suited to someone looking for Monday–Friday accommodation, though I’m open to full-time occupancy for the right person.

The house is fully furnished and includes:

Located in a very safe neighbourhood with excellent access to the M4 and Llanelli just down the road, making it ideal for commuters.

The room is currently listed as unfurnished; however, it does include cupboards and shelving (as shown in the photos). I’m happy to remove these if preferred. I have also left the current mattress in the room for reference of size(mattress is double). Again on request this may be removed. You would just need to provide your own bed frame and mattress.

As this is my personal home, it’s important to me to find someone respectful and reliable who will treat it as their own and keep things clean and well looked after.
