I'm pleased to offer a spacious double bedroom in a nice house, very near to Neath town centre. Also near to Gnoll park, and a sport centre. And it is close to M4. Giving quick access to Swansea. I'm living-in landlord, in my 3 bedroom house. The new tenant is expected to be clean and quiet as it is a very quiet neighborhood. All inclusive, i. e. bills are all included in the rent of £500 pcm for a single tenant, and £600 for a couple. No smoking, no pets, no loud music, and absolutely no guests! that's all folks! :) Thanks.
