I am looking for a female housemate to move into a house in Sketty. The house is currently occupied by a female live in landlord and another female lodger both aged 28. One of us is currently training to become a teacher and the other is a professional. The room comes with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bills and internet are all included in the rent. The room will be painted before you move in. We want someone who will be a friend, as we love going for walks and watching TV together, especially during the current circumstances. The new lodger would have to like animals as I currently have a pet rabbit named George who lives in the house. There is parking across the road which can be obtained with a permit. The deposit is £250 which holds the room for you and covers any major damages caused by you to the property.
