Double room to rent in Sketty, all bills included. Whole property has just been refurbished and is currently being furnished.
I am a live in landlord, however I regularly work away so the property will often be empty for the new tenant. Ideally I would like someone who is professional or mature student, but am open to anyone providing we are a good fit.
The property is very close to Singleton hospital, Singleton Park and Swansea University. It has two bedrooms and two living rooms, there is a small rear garden.
£550 pcm with one month upfront. There is currently a tenant in the room who I am expecting to move out Mid April as they are moving into their own flat, but this is to be confirmed. I would consider a short term let as I may be moving in the near future due to a circumstances change.
