I've lived here for a year already and it's a great house with off street parking and a shed for storage of bikes. Convenient for Bay or Waterfront University campuses and a short drive / bike ride from central Swansea.
The amount listed includes all bills and utilities but does not include council tax. Students or professionals are welcome but if you are a professional you will need to also contribute to council tax.
