Single room available for let in Marina

Hi, I’m looking for a clean, sociable, reliable, female housemate in my 3 bedroom house in the Marina, Swansea which is 30 seconds away from the beach and less than 3 minutes walk away from the center of town.
The available room is a single furnished bedroom with a new metal bed frame, new mattress with new topper as well as a dresser and new bedside table. The room also comes with 2 large storage spaces with lighting adjacent to the room for use.
Super fast WiFi is available throughout the house and there is a downstairs toilet as well as shared main bathroom which has a bath and overhead shower with ample storage space for toiletries.
The house has an enclosed garden and garden swing, as well as a driveway. The kitchen, bathroom and hallway have recently been refurbished.

The room is available to let from the 2nd June.

Please note the house does have a young outdoor male cat who is friendly, fully vaccinated, neutered and regularly de-flead.
All bills included except food, cleaning supplies and toiletries.
Applicants must to be non smokers. No time wasters please.
