Lovely student house with 5 rooms overlooking Brynmill Park, there are only two rooms available. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Swansea university main campus, Singleton hospital, sea front, Coop supermarket and in the other direction local supermarkets, which include Tescos and Sainsburys. It is very close to the lively social area of Uplands.

I am looking for two students from July 2024 to September 2025. There is one large room and one smaller room available.

This property offers double bedrooms with wooden flooring, except the hall, stairs and landing, desks with built in speakers, wardrobes, chest of drawers, book cases or shelves.

Two bedrooms are larger than average and overlook Brynmill Park. There are two separate shower rooms, with a toilet and sink.

There is a kitchen, a separate lounge and dining area. To the rear of the property there is a south facing enclosed patio area with seating.

There is limited on road parking outside the house, however it is possible to apply to Swansea Council for a resident's permit.

This property overlooks the beautiful Brynmill Park and is within walking distance to lively Uplands. This property is also a short bus ride to town and convenient for both campuses.
