Show interest for free if you can’t contact me. This amazing room with beautiful kitchen and attached bathroom is currently mine. Sadly, i have to find a replacement as I need to leave for an emergency. Has free gym, games room, study room and 2 movie rooms. Looking for students who would like to take over the tenancy. The minimum stay is 4 months and can be renewed if you’d like to stay longer. Perfect for January entry students as it is harder to get accommodation at this time for February/March. If more photos are required give me a text. This amazing place also includes a gym, movie room and many other facilities for free. Fast response would be good as these rooms run out quickly. Close to bay campus with buses running every 30 mins past the accommodation which means easy access to singleton campus as well.
