Double room on quiet street. Ideal for medical.

Recently refurbished 3 bed house in quiet street, shared bathroom and new kitchen.

I have either a large double or a single available ( price for the single lower).

I would prefer someone Sun/Mon- Thurs/Fri as I occasionally work away from home during the week but am open to full time for the right person/s.

This my home so isn't an HMO so you will be sharing with just me. So I am looking for someone I can get on with, but also someone who is independent and doesn't need company all the time.

Ideal for a locum or other temp contracted medical work in the area

Couples considered case by case, but will attract a higher premium.

bills included inc wifi.

A deposit and references are required for this room, and rent is to be paid in advance.
