If you are looking for high end living then this room and house is ideal for you. I am a Doctor in Morriston and prefer high quality living myself. There will be a maximum of 3 people in the house at all times, including you!

You will have a decorated double room, own toilet, shared kitchen and garden. The kitchen is well furnished and has all the cooking utensils one needs. There is a garden area which is ideal for sunbathing, reading and BBQ. You will also have an allocated parking.

The other room has been reserved by an Indian female doctor and there’s only 1 room left to book.

Copper Quarter is set next to the River Tawe where you can enjoy landscaped areas and riverside walks and picnics during the evening. With 7 mins drive to the city center, Morfa retail park being at a walking distance and all major restaurants and services offering deliveries this can be your ideal future home.
