Parking outside, buses every 10 mins including the 24 hour university buses to the city centre, 24 hour gym/spa just down the road with sauna and swimming pool. Range of local shops which includes Starbucks, Greg's, McDonald's, small supermarkets. Easy access to city by 15-20 mins walk if preferred. T

If you wish to have a more streamlined life with less to do you can opt for an optional housekeeping package. This service is an optional extra and by no means mandatory.

Both services for 80.00 per month which equates to less than 2.70 per day.
