A lovely flat in a gorgeous area! Shared lounge, but cosy and suitable for 1 or 2. Small kitchen, but fit for any chef. Although the flat is small, you are still able to get a sense of space and privacy.. granted, that both flatmates respect it. I would appreciate someone who is a professional, like myself, in order to maintain a healthy equilibrium.
The bedroom advertised is large and has a lot of space.
About me... I am a friendly and reasonable person who works full time. In my spare time, I go to the gym, love running, cycling and keeping active. Love a night in with a good film and a takeaway! Socialise mostly on the weekends, when I'm not working. Wouldn't mind a like-minded, easy going housemate who fits in nicely! Someone who is able to keep expectations to a practical standard, keeping the flat maintained, clean and peaceful.
