It's a double room in a three bedroom house, with an office / music studio taking up the smallest room. And as I split my time between Cardiff and Swansea, you'll have the house to yourself half the week on most weeks.
The house is a mile from the beach, 10 mins walk to Swansea Train Station. The link road to M4 is within 3 mins driving, and bus stops are a two minute walk away.
