The house is situated in Uplands with sea views; it’s a 15 min walk to Singleton campus, buses run from the bottom of the road to Bay campus. There is free parking on the road and on adjoining roads.
The house is a 5 minute walk to amenities including shops, a post office, pubs and bars and a 2 minute walk to a great coffee shop!
In the kitchen, there are two fridge freezers and a separate washing machine and dryer. There is a communal living and dining area and back garden with sea views.
The house has two bathrooms, one with a bath shower and the other with a separate bath and shower. Additional storage is available for bikes etc in a secure shed (see last photo).
Rent: £425 a month excluding bills, holding payment of £75 + first month’s rent due Feb 1st. Contract starts 1st August for 12 months.
