Hi there! We’re advertising for 2x double rooms available in a friendly houseshare in St Thomas! It is a quiet, relaxed houseshare and you would be living with a lovely couple and another lodger who are easy to get along with, up for socialising but respectful of everyone’s privacy :)
The house is well renovated and nicely decorated inside. The location is great, just up from the marina, near the train station and Parc Tawe. Rent is £400 for the smaller room and £430 for the larger one (bills excluded, coming to around £90 pcm incl. council tax, council tax band B). Happy to discuss!
