This house is close to Swansea it's 10 mins walk to Swansea train station and 15-20 mins walk to Swansea bus station. its nice area in top hill mount pleasant.
Medium size room for single person £295+boils
Another big double room with amazing view for one person ££395+bills(bills share with how many we live it's 2 or 3 person)or
For 2 person stay in big double room is £450+bill (bill have to share by3 person)
I am full time working non smoking mature single male living here.. I am looking another similar person.
But you drink or smoke sensible no problems.. but I am trying keep clean the house if you do that will please.
I am Asian born helpful person. I finish late night work after do my Cooking and cleaning.. eating and watch something.. if you like we can share.. right person may have part time job opportunity close by if you interested and want it.
