If you are looking for a well maintained, tidy house in a great location, this is the room for you!

The room available is a large, well presented double in a tidy house, a good size room (3m x 3m) with plenty of space for additional furniture such as a desk. The room has a lovely modern double bed with matching chest of drawers, there is plenty of storage with large built in wardrobes with mirror doors. I can provide bedding and towels or you are free to bring your own.

Council tax is included in the rent. Gas, electricity and broadband are shared with the other tenant.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
There are two shared bathrooms; one with bath and electric shower, the other with a spacious shower cubicle. The kitchen/diner is large with all the mod cons including a gas hob, fridge freezer & dishwasher. The house has a separate laundry/utility room with washing machine, a second sink and more storage.

A shared lounge stretches the length of the house and has a large bay window to catch the sunshine and patio doors out into the garden. There is an LCD TV with Freeview HD+ and DVD/Blu-Ray player. The house has wireless broadband.

There is a rear garden with a lawn, patio and space for plants. It's a real sun trap in the summer.

I'm open to considering pets, the current housemate has a pet Buttons is a friendly cat, who lives indoors. He loves company and treats!

ABOUT THE AREA

The house is close to Fforestfach retail park and 10 mins from either J42 or J47 of the M4. Its a 10-minute drive or 20-minute walk to the train station and city centre. It also benefits from being close to a number of bus routes into town or out into Llanelli. It’s a quiet residential area with easy transport links to lots of local amenities

ABOUT ME
I'm a professional female live-out landlord and I'm looking for a female lodger to share with another female. The existing housemate works a regular 9-5 in Swansea and sometimes from home.

She is friendly and sociable, enjoying a cup of tea and a chat after work. She tends to spend her evenings pottering about, watching films and reading. It's not a party house, it's more suited to someone who prefers a few drinks with friends or going out for food.

I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy and considerate of other people's space. I'm happy to consider someone with pets.

You must be prepared to recycle your rubbish, empty the dishwasher and buy your turn of loo rolls & liquid soap for the bathroom.
