Semi detached quiet house with garden front and back is conveniently located 2-3 mins walk from the City centre, check SA1 6EQ on google map. We're opposite Trinity St David University.
Hobby and lifestyle-wise - we're into surfing, cycling, movies, chilling, bands, socialising, general fitness, tennis, yoga, camping and beach life.
We have a bilingual Spanish and Portuguese speaker in the house for any foreign professionals or mature students interested in the room.
We're looking to share with a like-minded working professional or a mature student ideally. The house is neat, clean and mellow.
£450 per calendar month inclusive of all bills (gas, electric, council tax, water rates, high speed broadband, tv licence, etc..)..
