We have a beautiful big 5 bed house on Hanover street in Swansea and we are looking for one person to fill the last room. The house is £300 a month including all bills =] so it's no extra cost for you, its situated right by the city centre and very close to the Trinity St David University. At the moment the house has 3 girls ages 20-21 and 1 boy ages 23, we are not fussed what gender takes the room, we are all very chilled and relaxed and also very easy to get along with.
