I am a friendly professional lady, and I have a spare Double Room to let.
My property is in a quiet residential area, close to the Gower coast and only a 20 minute drive away to the nearest beach, 15 mins drive to the M4, 30 mins away from the DVLA, Swansea University, Morriston Hospital and Prince Philip Hospital, 30 mins away from the town centre and buses run every hour and only a 2 minute walk away from the bus route and nearest train station only 5 miles away.
I am looking for someone who is employed/mature student friendly, polite, respectful, clean and tidies up after themselves.
N. B. I will also consider a minimum of 3 nights stay per week also.
I cannot accept anyone who has a criminal record.
