Room in a large house overlooking the sea

I have a spacious house close to all amenities in Mumbles, directly overlooking the sea. I am just back from extensive work abroad and am now considering remaining in Wales.

I have two spare bedrooms; the house is fully centrally heated and there are two bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, gas hob and range oven. There are two sitting rooms, a small front garden and a terraced paved back garden, There is ample private car parking to the rear. The house is filled with artworks and has tv, broadband and landline.
