Double room in Bathgate (Female only!)

My flatmate recently moved out so I have a double bedroom up for rent, It’s available 31st January but I can be flexible!

Rent is £390 a month, approx £80 for internet and council tax and approx £60 gas/electricity monthly each (bills are all due by the 1st each month) The bed frame can stay or go, you will have sole use of the main bathroom which does only have a bath. The room gets great natural light, you have the boiler in one cupboard and a good sized clothes cupboard in another. The rest is all shared living space

The flat is 5 minutes walking distance to Bathgate train station which is a 25 min train to Edinburgh or 45 to Glasgow, there’s a bus stop right outside the flat too. It’s a 10 minute walk into the town centre and a 5 minute walk to tesco.

I’m super easy going I just ask that you’re clean, respectful, and tidy. I’d prefer someone who didn’t work full time from home. You must also be okay with cats as I have a little 1.5 year old cat called couch :)
