Ideally looking for someone who is either in full time education or full time work. A considerate flatmate is appreciated, as while I do like a night out every now and then I'm not a party animal, and do have several other commitments.
The flat is pretty affordable, as it'll be £350 all inclusive of bills - just need to buy your own food.
