The double room is 3.65 meters x 3.08mts. with large ensuite (power shower). The house is modern, warm and clean.
The room has a double bed , settee, double fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside drawers with a TV point and large window facing the back garden. There is a heated drying rack available for your sole use if required.
There would also be room for a small desk and there is an option of a single bed if preferred to create more space plus the settee could be taken out.
There is room for a bike in the garage if needed.
The 4 bed house is in a safe quiet neighborhood just 5 minutes walk to Dalmeny station/ bus stop for Edinburgh. The train is 14 minutes to Hayemarket and 18 to Waverley. The house is also very near motorway links and the forth road bridge for those working at Rosyth shipyard.
There is also a Tesco within 10 walk and the beautiful old town of South Queensferry with many walks in the surrounding area.
Me and my partner are well travelled and young at heart!
We are looking for a friendly, polite, clean, trustworthy professional who would respect our beautiful home and we embrace all nationalities.
You would have full use of the shared kitchen / dinner / lounge, utility room with modern washing machine/ dryer ( extra charge for this) and garden.
There is parking on the road near the house.
I am self employed and my partner works full time Monday to Friday. We like to travel and spend some weekends away in our Motorhome.
