The annexe is fully furnished to include a king sized ottoman bed, chest of drawers, corner sofa/sofa bed with additional storage, small table and chairs, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and basic utensils and crockery.

The bathroom has a full sized bath with above shower, sink, toilet and some storage.

Parking is available within our driveway.

All bills included in the rental. Our EPC is A which covers our property and the annexe.

Bus routes to Edinburgh are at the end of our road and train (Edinburgh- Glasgow) is a short walk away too. An ideal location for professional commuters and students.
