The house is a modern cottage, located between Kirkliston and Dalmeny, set back from the road into Edinburgh. Great location for by the airport: previous lodgers have primarily been pilots (pre COVID!)! You will be sharing 2 other young(ish) a male and female professionals.
1.2 miles to Dalmeny station: free car parking so only 20 mins and you are right in the centre of town. 15 minute drive to airport or taxi £10. You need a car or bike to live here: a designated off road parking space is provided.
The bedroom is a massive en suite double: full sized wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, rain shower. There is a separate bathroom and additional downstairs toilet
The kitchen is well equiped with a dishwasher, gas hob and cooker, as well as a separate utility room. All (extensive!) cooking equipment and utensils are available to use. There is also a washing machine and clothes drying rack inside. Brand new boiler. The house has broadband, a large TV, bike storage, and an enclosed garden.
The house has a TV licence, and everything that you could need including a log burner!!!
Shorter term tenant preferred. Please note there is 1 allocated parking space with the room.
The room is 550 + 50PCM bills, ie £600 total for single occupancy. It is also suitable for a couple sharing a car. I would also consider a M-F let if needed.
